Implicit Emotions

A scientific tool for consumer research using an implicit motivation module specifically aimed at the relation between human emotions, the category you operate in and the marketing initiative (or asset) you wish to research.

Emotions have a major impact on consumer behaviour. There is no creative brief that doesn’t include emotions. No research brief that doesn’t want to find out how people feel about your brand, your service or you to be developed concept.

Here’s the catch. Ask any psychiatrist - people find it very hard to express or verbalise their exact feelings. It becomes worse if we ask them to predict how they will feel about things that do not even exist. Apple iPads, Airbnb and Post-it notes would not exist if their developers would have used the emotions people reported.

This issue can now be solved with Implicit Emotions research. The test mimics the emotional response of our brain, to any type of sensorial input, and excludes any form of self reporting. It is currently the best available method, to accurately capture how people feel about your brand.
